Yefim brings over 24 years of global experience leading and managing sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. His extensive global sales management experience spans channel management, strategic marketing and business development for software, hardware and professional services. Recognized for his outstanding sales leadership and broad technical knowledge of cable and telco infrastructure, Yefim has deep expertise in Cyber Security, Fiber Optics, Inside and Outside Plant, OTT, DRM/CAS, CDN, and Middleware.   He has received multiple awards from industry bodies, including Canitec (Mexican Cable TV Association), SCTE (Society of Cable & Telecommunications Engineers), ABTA (Brazilian Cable Association), CCTA (Caribbean Cable Association), Tepal (Latin American Cable Association).

Before founding Globetek Media in 2012, Yefim held senior global sales roles at SeaChange International, where he was pivotal in establishing SeaChange as a Video on Demand and Commercial Ad Insertion market leader across Latin America, the Caribbean, Russia and Israel. His major accounts included operators such as Telmex, America Movil, Telefonica, Grupo Televisa, Oi, Millicom, VTR, HBO Latin America and Megacable.

 

Yefim holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Middlebury College in Vermont and MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian and is based in McLean, Virginia.
